I think the trips to the garden have ended and the basis for measurement moves to hard numbers. This week we found out 10 inches and 13 ounces are the going numbers and you can multiply that by 2. WOW! The latest visit for the ultrasound revealed everything was progressing nicely and helps to underline our belief that we are truly blessed and thankful to God for these blessings. So I was thinking, since they are 10 inches, and let's suppose they were born that way, I could fit them in my shoe- it would be a decent pair of shoes, not an open toed sandal, probably a pair where I bought one and got the second half off. It would be two pairs exactly the same, one for me and one would strictly be for carrying around the twins. I could put one of those gel inserts in the shoes so they would be more comfortable and I would ask them "Are y'all Gellin'?". Anyway, I don't really expect them ever to fit in my shoes but until next time I've got a sneaker ready as a car seat and a tall boot for timeouts. Jeanne tried on her Phoenix Sun's basketball shirt (that didn't used to fit so snugly). We are hoping our sons are tried and true Suns fans just like us!

wow 10 inches already ... they sure grow fast. We've enjoyed reading the latest news and seeing the pictures as you guys travel this new road in life. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Your friends, Dave & Mona
Oh my this blog was a good one. I think we'll watch "Thumbelina" today to keep the images going.
So glad to hear everything is going well. Any chance that an ultrasound pic will end up on the blog ?

Ticia,
We were hoping to put one of the ultrasound pics last time but our last visit did not photograph well. We may have one after the next visit in about 3 weeks. Keep checking back, maybe we will get one of those police composite pics as a substitute. -Gene

HI D & M, I think of you often when I am hurting myself on snow.....I hope you are well. So, to the subject. How did this happen? I thought it wasn't possible. I hoped and prayed for you both. I think it is immaculate Brianception!!! I think you look great Jeanne, and I am not just saying that because I like pregnant chicks. I think the Sun’s paraphernalia might need to be replaced with some University of Tennessee clothing, but besides that, I'm good. When trying to get you to name them after me, did I mention that Brian is a very hard name for other kids to make fun of? I think you should consider it. I am also willing to be the God Father, I'm not Catholic, but I'm Irish. I think that is close enough for American rules.I can't wait to see some ultrasound pics and for you two to move back to a real state where grass grows without a sprinkler system. I love you and miss you both.
Brian
