This blog really reveals my weakness for being organized. Despite all our good intentions, no reasonable schedule seems to allow us to update this on a regular basis. I am sorry if you come in and see no updates but I am thankful that you do try as the well wishes and love continue to be an integral part of our family's life.
So what's new? Well the boys turned 1 year old, we celebrated it twice- once at the park so family and friends could join us and then again at home on the actual birth date. At the park, Mason joyously destroyed his birthday cake while Devin remained reserved. At the home celebration just the opposite took place. They are crawling all over the place and our house has become a locked compound consisting of gates, latches, and secret passwords to go from one room to another. The dogs are often caught somewhere in between. They are standing and cruising along the furniture and love to go riding in their little red push cars. They feed themselves finger foods and eat anything we give them (tortilla chips were not a good choice-My BAD!). I am still waiting a little longer before I give them the hot sauce but you know it's coming! They are not talking to us unless the crying is a conversation we just aren't communicating effectively in but they are babbling.
Our family is doing great and Jeanne is giving the kids all the love, nurturing and guidance they need. She does a lot from taking them to the doctor, to the parks, to general shopping. So with all of that taking place you might say what more could we ask for? Well ... in the first week of July we should be adding a little girl to the Perry family.
In the mean time, take a look at some more pictures. I was planning on adding some video and that may still get worked in but in the short term for your patience this has been a brief update.

I truly understand the time restraint but enjoy the updates when time permits! Your boys are absolutly gorgeous!! I understand why Emmalee wants to hug on them! MawMaw & PawPaw love you two boys. You are the cutest 1 year olds in the world. When your sister gets here in July, she will have two strong, handsome brothers to take care of her and protect her. Sorry we weren't there for the birthday party. You had a ball in the cake! Maybe next year we can all eat cake together (PawPaw eats his cake just like you boys do...) Hard to believe how time has flown and that they are already one. Congrats on the new lady who will be coming into your lives soon. What another great Blessing! Love the pictures and update and totally understand about updating this blog. Do it when you have time and don't worry about it.
