Week 35
I know I promised pictures but we decided to let them gain a little momentum in their health before we published any. Here are the first ones of many. They are doing really well. They have moved out of the NICU and into "Continuing Care" which is in the same area but closer to the exit. Mason has graduated from an incubator to an open crib while Devin is still pushing toward that goal. They both are very stable and we see them daily. You can see the feeding tubes in their noses and that is being used along with bottles until they are strong enough to use a bottle alone - that's a goal to going home. Jeanne and I still look at them and ask, "Are these really ours" and I still think what a miracle. Jeanne and I are doing well, she is slowly working on the Thank You cards for the gifts, cards, prayers and well wishes so many people have sent us. Sincerely, thank you all. Stay tuned, more is coming and hopefully sooner than later.

- Gene and Jeanne

The two pictures: Mason has his eyes open and giving his silent shout out to the world while Devin is enjoying a loving hold from Grandma Pepe.

The Babies are looking great! I can't believe how much hair they have, Calvin didn't have that much until he hit 18 months. Dwight loves the artist rendering in week 24. :) Carrie, Dwight and Calvin.

The babies are beautiful. I can't believe Lillian was that small once. Take lots of pictures that show how small they are because they will grow so fast. Banner Desert NICU is awesome. If you have/see Dr. Waterkotte say Hi to him from us. Congratulations. Ann, Lonnie, Lauryn, and Lillian.

What beautiful and precious miracles. I've heard all the updates from Jill on how good everyone was doing but it is great to see. Take care and enjoy every minute and milestones as they will be many. As always you four will be in my prayers.

Take care and share lots of pictures!
